To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us within 10 working days of receipt of your order providing the reason for returning the item. We understand that it may be necessary to return an item to us. That’s why if your gift isn’t quite right, or you need to return an item to us, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping within New Zealand. We want to make choosing a meaningful gift for yourself or a loved one as easy as possible. Please contact your local customs office for further information on applicable duties, taxes, restrictions and fees.
These charges are not included in the prices on this website. When purchasing from outside of New Zealand, or wanting your order to be delivered outside of New Zealand, please be aware you may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearances levied by the receiving country or other overseas authority once a shipment reaches said country. There may be delays from time to time which are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee delivery times by our courier service.
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address so please provide a physical address when placing your order. You will receive a tracking number via text or email once your order has been processed. Estimated delivery time for international orders is 3 - 10 working days after processing. Our delivery times vary depending on your location. If you are requesting delivery to a business address please include the business name. We use Courier Post to ship all orders within New Zealand.
